Raccoon Valley Bank is pleased to announce the reopening of the Community House after undergoing major renovations. Over the last year, Raccoon Valley Bank has invested more than $600,000 on making improvements to The Community House. These improvements include:
The space is now ready to host events with up to 60 people comfortably. If you are interested in scheduling an event, review the Community House calendar below, and then contact us with your reservation request by emailing adelretail@raccoonvalleybank.com. Please include the following in your email request: Name, Phone Number, Date of Event, Time of Event, and Purpose of Event.*The next year's reservations will be available for booking on November 1st of each year.

Raccoon Valley Bank made this investment because we recognize the importance The Community House plays in brightening Adel's downtown and serving as a community gathering space.
The Community House was originally built as a church in 1862. Raccoon Valley Bank originally acquired the property in 1996 and renovated the property to become a community meeting space. Since its opening as an event space, The Community House has been a gathering space for anyone in the community, not just bank customers. The space can be booked by anyone for their event free of charge.
