COVID-19 Update

Effective Friday, November 13, face coverings will be required to come into our branches. With recent spikes in COVID-19 cases, we are taking this measure to help keep everyone safe.

 

how we're preparing our bank locations

At Raccoon Valley Bank, The safety of our employees and customers continues to be our top priority. In order to provide a secure environment for our employees and customers, the following safety measures have been implemented at all branch locations:

  • An appointment will be required to open a deposit account, visit with a lender or access your safe deposit box. You will be asked to lower your mask to verify identity. To make an appointment, please call your branch location or send us a message.
  • All of our employees will be wearing a face mask when completing your in-person transactions for your protection.
  • All teller stations and account opening areas are equipped with Plexiglas barriers for the protection of both our customers and our employees. We ask that customers remain behind the Plexiglas to conduct any in-person transactions at these stations.
  • All frequently touched surfaces including ATMs will be sanitized regularly throughout the day.
  • We will attempt to keep hand sanitizer available in our lobbies for customer use.
  • Floor decals are placed to designate safe physical distancing while waiting in line.
  • Coffee and water stations will be unavailable to the public until further notice.
  • Restrooms will be closed to the public until further notice.
  • Lobby computers for conducting online banking transactions will be unavailable until further notice.

Pets will not be allowed in unless it is a registered service animal.

If possible, please continue to conduct your transactions via the drive-up, phone or online banking to maintain social distancing and minimize face-to-face interactions.

Access your accounts, make payments or deposits and transfer funds with Online and Mobile Banking:

  • Enroll in Online Banking
  • Download the Raccoon Valley Bank Mobile Banking App:
  • Download from the App Store for iPhone and iPad
  • Download from Google Play for Android
  • Deposit checks through our Mobile Deposit feature
  • Locate a Raccoon Valley Bank ATM or a surcharge free ATM in the Privileged Status network by clicking here

You may also mail your deposits to any of our Raccoon Valley Bank Locations.
